  • Registration Required for Upcoming Ballot Period Registration for the upcoming NDEDIC ballot period is now open, with a deadline of 5:00 p.m. PDT on Friday, April 24, 2015. Non-members must register before the deadline to review and comment on the balloted items. Members must opt-in before the deadline in order to exercise their exclusive voting rights.   • HHS Announces Proposed Rules to Support the Path to Nationwide Interoperability
    Electronic Health Record Incentive Programs and 2015 Edition Health IT Certification Criteria rules proposed.
    The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) today announced the release of the Stage 3 notice of proposed rulemaking for the Medicare and Medicaid Electronic Health Records (EHRs) Incentive Programs and 2015 Edition Health IT Certification Criteria to improve the way electronic health information is shared and ultimately improve the way care is delivered and experienced.   • Nomination Deadline Has Been Extended to Feb. 5, 2015

    The nomination deadline for both the Board of Trustees and the Benjamin D. Ward and Volunteer of the Year Awards has been extended through February 5, 2015.

    Two seats are open on the Board of Trustees, one Payer and one Provider, for the 2015-2018 term. Nominate yourself or someone you know who has the industry experience and leadership skills to guide the future of our organization. Submit your nominations through the member portal.
